How I lost weight
I got to a point in my life where I weighed 220kg and I was not even 30 years old
at the time. I ended up in the hospital with kidney stones and was shocked by
what my doctor told me. He said that, unless I lose weight, I will definitely not see
the age of 40. Needless to say, I was totally shaken and knew I had to take
responsibility about my weight.
After some research on my own, I eliminated potatoes, bread, gaseous cool drink,
all sweet luxuries and fast foods. I decided to eat healthier… I started taking
walks on the beach, then running and eventually joined a gym.
I must add, this was not easy, but by following a disciplined exercise and eating
routine, after about two years, I now weigh 75kg.
